1. **No Refunds**: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we cannot offer refunds once the order has been placed.

2. **Exchanges**: Exchanges are available for custom orders, but only under the following conditions:

3. **No Exchanges After Proof Approval**: Once the proof for a custom order has been approved by the customer, no exchanges will be entertained. It is crucial for customers to thoroughly review and ensure that the proof meets their expectations before approval.

4. **Product of Equal Value**: If a refund or exchange is not possible, we will provide an alternative product of equal value to ensure customer satisfaction.
